Share Teams file with third party
To share a file stored in Microsoft Teams with a third party, first open the Team in SharePoint by clicking "Open in SharePoint" at the top.
Once it opens in your web browser, click the share icon next to the file or folder you want to share.
Choose your sharing options (for example, People you specify, and their email address), and click on Send.
